This isn't just a job, it's a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.In the role of TMT (Tech, Media, Telecom) Program Coordinator, you will primarily support HDR's TMT leadership team, which focuses on designing data centers, semiconductor and advanced manufacturing facilities as well as telecommunications and broadband infrastructure.
We will count on you to:Type, format and organize program documents, reports, communications and correspondenceSupport meetings, presentations, conferences, and events end-to-end, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, scheduling, presentation formatting, expense coordination (estimates, approvals, tracking, and reconciliation), attendee communication, and ongoing planning and progress tracking to ensure smooth executionAssist with items ranging from client plans to consolidating financial reporting to invoicing support and other general administrative needsExhibit professionalism with clientsPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degreeRequired Qualifications: Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience. A minimum of 1 years related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.HDR is our company.
