Responsibilities
- Verify and audit loan and title documents
- Work effectively through the Title Check Queue
- Assist customers with inquiries with inbound and outbound calls, email, or text
- De‑escalate and resolve issues when necessary
- Monitor accounts for potential fraud and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor degree in business or a related field is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- 1+ years of working with auto titles and at a dealership required
This position is in the office, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm or 8 am to 5 pm.
