Title Operations Supervisor: People-First Ops Leader

First American's GO Title division seeks a Title Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities across counties, ensuring timely and accurate title work. You will lead title production staff in a shared service environment and align performance with service level agreements.

Responsibilities include staffing planning, coaching and performance reviews, workflow delegation, and cross-team collaboration with internal and external partners to improve quality, turnaround time and
