Pay rate: $ 40 + DOEResponsibilities:Review and analyze title abstracts, title opinions, deeds, leases, and related real estate documents.Examine chain of title and identify ownership interests, encumbrances, and title defects.Prepare and/or review title opinions and ownership reports.Interpret legal descriptions and property records.Communicate findings and recommendations to project managers and clients.Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable state laws and project requirements.Meet established production and quality standards.Required Skills:Licensed attorney with at least 3 years of relevant experience.Strong title review and conveyancing judgment.Ability to evaluate risks and communicate findings clearly.Detail oriented with dependable turnaround for time sensitive work.Education and Experience:J.D.
