Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Tire Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in doing the job right, and thrives in a fast‑paced shop environment. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Mount, balance, and install passenger, light truck, and commercial tires

Perform tire repairs following industry safety standards

Inspect tires and wheels for damage or wear

Operate shop equipment such as tire machines, balancers, air tools, and lifts

Assist with shop cleanliness, inventory, and workflow

Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with the team

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications

Previous tire or automotive experience preferred, but not required

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly

Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday–Friday Occasional Saturdays depending on shop needs
