What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3+ months of loader experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled environments with prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, and twist throughout the shift
What You'll Do as a Lumper - Tire Loader:
- Clear trailers of trash and debris before loading
- Manually move and load thousands of car tires per shift
- Inspect trailers for foreign materials or structural damage
- Report unsuitable trailers and labeling issues to the Load Controller
- Follow loading patterns from specification sheets
- Load tread code tires and remove damaged or unreadable tires
- Stage pallets and load poles as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Complete other tasks as assigned
