Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs (TIPA) is a government-affiliated institution under Korea Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS). TIPA is a specialized organization dedicated to enhancing the competitiveness and supporting innovation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Startups. To achieve this mission, we operate a U.S. branch in Massachusetts which serves as a gateway to facilitate collaboration between Korean SMEs and American institutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated manager to join our team.

- Build networks with researchers at US institutions
- Facilitate joint R&D project between SMEs and US researchers
- Support Korean SMEs entering the U.S. market
- Organize business meetings (e.g., technology, investment, legal)
- Coordinate external events, liaise with the Korean headquarters and manage office visit etc.
- Conduct research and analysis of technology and business trends in the US
