The Timekeeping & Payroll Administrator is responsible for reviewing and maintaining employee timecards, auditing attendance records, tracking meal breaks, and assisting with payroll-related functions. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic healthcare environment.

- Review, verify, and maintain employee timecards for accuracy.
- Collect and audit employee time records, including regular hours, overtime, missed meal breaks, and attendance.
- Coordinate with the Payroll Department to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain confidential employee timekeeping records and documentation.
- Identify and resolve timekeeping discrepancies by communicating with supervisors and employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and payroll procedures.
- Meet payroll deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- Provide administrative support to the payroll team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous payroll, timekeeping, or workforce management experience preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, EMS, transportation, or a 24/7 operation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
