Through their relationship with us and the One Loenbro model, our customers are able to simplify, control, and succeed in the everyday.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesCollect, review, and process daily and weekly time entries for field employees and crewsEnsure all time is accurately coded to the appropriate job, phase, and cost codesMonitor time entry submissions and follow up with supervisors to ensure deadlines are metReview and approve time entries for accuracy, completeness, and complianceInvestigate and resolve time discrepancies in collaboration with field teams and project managersMaintain and update employee rosters, job assignments, and system access within timekeeping softwarePrepare and distribute daily and weekly labor reports, including Labor DistributionPerform audits of timekeeping data to identify errors, trends, and compliance risksTrain employees and supervisors on timekeeping systems, policies, and proceduresSupport continuous improvement of timekeeping processes and systemsOther duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.QualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferredPreferred:2+ years of experience in timekeeping, payroll support, or administrative roles (construction industry highly preferred)Bilingual (Spanish) speaking preferredConstruction Industry experienceAssociate or Bachelor's degreeFamiliarity with timekeeping or payroll systemsStrong understanding of job costing, labor tracking, and basic payroll processesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
