This is a 30+ point Republican district, which means we are here to do the hard work. We are building a field program grounded in community relationships, and disciplined data practice. We are committed to a hiring process that is fair.The Role: The Field Organizer is a full-time, in-district position responsible for building the volunteer infrastructure and direct voter contact program that wins campaigns. You will be embedded in the community, managing turfs, recruiting and retaining volunteers, and executing a data-driven plan to move persuadable voters and turn out our base.

Your presence and relationship matter here.What You'll Do:Execute a high-volume direct voter contact program including canvassing, phone banking, and relational organizingManage assigned turf using MiniVAN and VoteBuilder to track all contact, update voter records, and report daily metricsMeet weekly voter contact goals set in coordination with the Field DirectorRecruit, train, and retain a roster of committed volunteersRun regular volunteer phone banks, canvass launches, and community eventsDevelop volunteer leaders who can run their own shifts independentlyAttend community events, tabling opportunities, and partner organization meetingsBuild and maintain relationships with local Democratic clubs, unions, and community organizationsServe as a visible, accountable face of the campaign in your areaSubmit accurate daily and weekly data reports to the Campaign DirectorMaintain clean, consistent data entry in VoteBuilder at all timesParticipate in weekly team check-ins and campaign-wide strategy callsWhat We're Looking For: We evaluate candidates on demonstrated skills and potential. We are specifically seeking candidates who bring lived experience in working-class and rural communities.Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance (you will be reimbursed for mileage)Hands-on experience with MiniVAN and VoteBuilderAbility to work a campaign schedule, including evenings and weekendsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own time in a distributed team environmentPrior experience in field organizing, canvassing, or community organizingComfort working in a rural or small-town environmentDemonstrated experience recruiting and managing volunteersCompensation & Benefits:$3,000/month gross compensationHousing provided in-district (private, furnished)Utilities included (electric, water, internet)Mileage reimbursement for campaign-related travelOur Hiring Commitment: We are committed to a structured, equitable hiring process.
