To drive profitable growth in a dynamic environment, the full-time remote TikTok Shop Manager will own Shapermint's TikTok Shop as a revenue channel, focusing on GMV, margin, and creator collaborations while building systems for scalability in the US and beyond. Key responsibilities Own TikTok Shop performance end-to-end, driving GMV, margin, and conversion improvements Build and scale the creator/affiliate engine, including collaborations, recruitment, and performance management Analyze data to identify winning products and growth opportunities while ensuring shop health and compliance Required qualifications 4-8 years of experience in eCommerce, social commerce, or affiliate commerce 1.5-2.5+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience with a proven track record of growing GMV Experience owning a TikTok Shop P&L, with a strong understanding of key financial metrics Deep experience in building commission-based TikTok Shop affiliate programs at scale Strong operational knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center and related tools for data analysis
