Pivotal Talent Search is partnering with a toy/collectibles brand to launch and scale its TikTok Shop and epicdrops.com into top US DTC storefronts. You will own the P&L for Shop and epicdrops, recruit/create an affiliate network, and drive LIVE drops, ads, and lifecycle marketing with founders’ backing.
You’ll lead a full storefront upgrade, implement drops-heavy campaigns, and optimize data, attribution, and international expansion plans as needed.
