Welder - 1st Shift St. Charles, IL $25-$30/hr
We are currently hiring an experienced Welder for a full-time, 1st shift opportunity in St. Charles, IL.
What you'll be doing:
- TIG/GTAW welding and fabrication
- Welding stainless steel and other metal components
- Working with 2" schedule pipe
- Performing 6G pipe welding
- Reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings
- Preparing, fitting, and fabricating parts for welding
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Completing quality checks to ensure welds meet specifications
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of welding experience
- Strong TIG/GTAW experience
- Experience with stainless steel
- Experience with 316/308
- Previous pipe welding experience
- Ability to weld in the 6G position
- Ability to successfully complete a welding/pipe test
- Blueprint reading and fabrication experience preferred
Schedule:
- 1st shift
- Full-time
Pay: $25-$30/hr, depending on experience
