Selmet is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our precision aerospace manufacturing team in Springfield, OR. In this role, you will perform GTAW/TIG welding on titanium and other aerospace alloys to exacting specifications, using blueprints, weld procedures, and calibrated equipment. You will prepare joints, fit and align parts, and complete high-integrity welds that meet NADCAP and customer standards.
Responsibilities include inspecting welds, documenting results, and supporting continuous improvement, 5S, and safety initiatives. This position offers training, advancement, and the chance to help build mission-critical aerospace components.
