Job Description
Peoplelink Staffing , in partnership with a prominent industrial equipment manufacturer in the Brown Summit, NC area, is seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join their team!
TIG Welder Job Summary:
- Pay: up to $25/hr DOE
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:30a-4p M-F
- Adjust parts to be welded into jigs, holding fixtures, or guides.
- Meet production goals
- Adhere to proper production processes
- Follow all safety and machine safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to set up welding equipment to include wire feed rate, gas selection, regulating current and voltage for proper fusion
- 1+ years TIG Welding experience REQUIRED
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up-to 40 lbs. repeatedly
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Experience in manufacturing large equipment a plus
- Math and Measurement skills required
