Working fully remote, the Tier 2 Network Engineer will take ownership of advanced network troubleshooting, resolving complex technical issues for a diverse client base while contributing to customer support and internal engineering improvements. Key responsibilities Respond to customer support requests, resolving advanced networking issues with urgency and sound judgment Troubleshoot and support network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs across client environments Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base articles to enhance team-wide support capabilities Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience administering or supporting networking technologies Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent relevant experience Experience with technologies such as NAT/PAT, VPN, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and SD-WAN Relevant networking certifications preferred, including CCNA or Azure/AWS networking certifications Strong troubleshooting ability across core networking technologies and client environments
