Ticket Office Lead — Performing Arts & Staff Oversight

California State University, Northridge is seeking a Ticket Office Lead to assist in all phases of ticket office operations. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and lead tele-sales processes. Ideal candidates will have office clerical experience, knowledge of theatre etiquette, and strong customer service skills. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. The position offers $21.83 per hour, with a salary range of $20.57 to $29.37 per hour. This is a temporary on-campus position.
