As a hybrid TIBCO Integration Architect, the candidate will design, support, and govern enterprise integration solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to ensure secure and scalable business operations. Key responsibilities Design and maintain enterprise integration architectures using TIBCO products and modern integration technologies Analyze business requirements to create scalable integration solution blueprints and implementation strategies Support and administer TIBCO platforms, manage deployments, and troubleshoot complex integration issues Required qualifications 10+ years of overall IT experience 5+ years of experience as an Integration Lead or Architect on large-scale enterprise integration initiatives 5+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO products, including BusinessWorks and EMS Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP web services, and enterprise integration technologies Experience with Microservices Architecture and implementing API security standards
