The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Thunderhead and Smart Communications and a solid understanding of JavaScript and XML.
Experience with SQL, UNIX commands, and Agile methodologies will be beneficial.The role involves designing and developing software solutions in Order to Cash/Procure to Pay cycles, managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), and performing product design, bug verification, and beta support.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement solutions using Thunderhead and Smart Communications.Work with JavaScript and XML to enhance document automation processes.Support integration and regression testing efforts.Utilize SQL and UNIX commands to interact with databases and applications.Contribute to Agile development workflows and participate in sprint planning.Research and analyze issues to provide bug fixes and improvements.Design and develop software solutions to meet business requirements in Order to Cash/Procure to Pay cycles.Must-Have SkillsThunderhead and Smart Communications – 8-10 years of experienceJavaScriptXMLNice-to-Have SkillsBasic SQL and UNIX commandsCSS and/or XSL-FOIntegration/Regression testing experienceGeneral business knowledge of the financial services industryAdditional InformationIndustry Experience: Experience in the Retirement Industry/Financial Services is a plus.Remote Role: No location restrictions, candidates can be based anywhere in the USA.Chances of Extension: Likely beyond 12/31/2025.
