Lesley University seeks a Threshold Program Community Coach to support young adults with diverse learning needs in developing academic, social, and independent living skills. Based within Educational Services and Community & Social Services, this role provides individualized coaching, models self-advocacy, and fosters community integration on and around our Cambridge campus. The Community Coach collaborates with faculty, counselors, and families to track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and create inclusive activities that reflect Lesley’s commitment to diversity, creativity, and personal growth.
