Threat Response Engineer

Working remotely, the full-time Threat Response Engineer will investigate detected threats, analyze and remediate security incidents on customer endpoints, and collaborate with various teams to enhance security strategies. Key responsibilities Perform investigations into detected threats and utilize security products for threat analysis and remediation Provide detailed reports to customers regarding actions taken for environment cleanup and protection strategies Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative methods for timely threat remediation Required qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in responding to security events and threats Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) products such as CrowdStrike or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Foundational understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems Demonstrated curiosity and experience integrating AI tools to enhance workflows Professional communication skills with the ability to provide clear technical documentation
