Threat Management Programs Director: Lead Risk & Safety

Fidelity is seeking a Director to join the Threat Management team. You will lead threat investigations, assess risks to associates, clients, and facilities, and coordinate with partners to implement mitigations.

The role requires end-to-end investigations, risk mitigation, and delivering clear briefings to senior leadership. Fidelity is moving to an onsite working model with phased rollout across regions, with some roles requiring 100% onsite presence.
