Threat Intelligence Manager

Leading a remote team, the full-time salaried Threat Intelligence Manager will oversee threat intelligence, threat hunting, and detection engineering, ensuring robust protection for over 12,000 customers against financial cyber threats. Key responsibilities Build and manage a remote team of analysts, hunters, and detection engineers, focusing on hiring, coaching, and developing talent Define and execute the intelligence program, delivering strategic and operational products while tracking relevant threat actors Develop and implement detection strategies across SIEM and EDR/XDR platforms, driving hypothesis-driven threat hunts and utilizing automation for efficiency Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in threat intelligence, threat hunting, incident response, or detection engineering 3+ years of experience managing technical security teams, including hiring and developing personnel Deep knowledge of adversary tactics and frameworks, such as MITRE ATT&CK and the intelligence lifecycle Hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR/XDR platforms and their query languages A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
