Threat Defense Consultant

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, the full-time Threat Defense Consultant will deliver technical briefings on security trends, solve complex technical challenges, and provide support for critical incidents in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships focused on security needs and challenges Deliver insightful technical briefings on the latest security trends, including threat intelligence and malware analysis Provide timely and effective support for critical incidents and customer issues outside of standard business hours Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience in security analysis, intelligence, customer success, or a similar field in cyber security Experience in managing internal or external customer-facing projects and working with cross-functional teams 5 years of cyber threat intelligence analysis experience Demonstrated experience in cloud security delivered within the context of customer-facing roles
