Threading Lead Man – All Tex PersonnelBaytown, TX Full?Time $23.00 – $24.00 per hourPosition OverviewAll Tex Personnel is seeking an experienced Threading Lead Man to support a high?volume pipe manufacturing and threading operation. This role requires strong mechanical skills, leadership ability, and hands?on threading experience.Shift6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Full?time schedule; overtime may be available based on production needsKey ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily activities of the threading crewEnsure the threading operations section functions efficiently to meet quality and productivity targetsCoordinate and schedule threading activities, manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and adjust schedules for machine or staffing issuesEnforce quality standards (including API), monitor finished products, handle incident reporting, and implement preventative measuresProvide troubleshooting support, work with maintenance teams, ensure equipment runs efficiently, and oversee machine setupImplement safety protocols, conduct incident investigations, and maintain a clean and safe work environmentOrganize and control manpower according to production requirementsTrain workmen and allocate required tools and documents as per system requirementsPerform quality checks using gauges and inspection toolsCommunicate production status to supervisors and managementQualificationsPrevious experience as a Threading Lead Man or senior threading operatorStrong knowledge of API thread standardsAbility to read and interpret work orders and specificationsMechanical aptitude and problem?solving skillsLeadership experience in an industrial or manufacturing settingBilingual preferredReliable, safety?focused, and able to work in a fast?paced environmentPPE RequirementsSteel?toe shoesHard hatGlovesSafety glasses
