Thread Rolling Machine Operator: Rockford, ILWe are seeking experienced Thread Rolling Machine Operators to join our clients’ well-established manufacturing company. As a Thread Rolling Machine Operator, you will operate and maintain thread rolling equipment used in fastener production while ensuring parts meet required quality and dimensional specifications. You’ll work closely with production and quality team members to maintain an efficient, safe, and quality-focused manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain thread rolling machines to produce quality fastenersInspect finished parts for thread quality, dimensions, and overall accuracyMake machine adjustments as needed to maintain product specificationsRead and follow blueprints and technical drawingsMeet production goals while maintaining quality standardsPerform basic machine troubleshooting and minor maintenanceFollow established safety procedures and maintain a safe work areaWork with production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processesSkills & Experience:Education: High School Diploma or GED, requiredExperience: 1-2+ years of thread rolling machine operation experience, requiredKnowledge: Fastener manufacturing processes, basic troubleshooting, and machine maintenance, requiredAbility: Read & interpret blueprints & technical drawings, requiredWhat We Offer:Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance401(k) w/ company matchPTOOTTraining & professional growth opportunitiesPlease Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
