Customer Service RepresentativeAccurate Courier Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Cincinnati team.We specialize in medical courier services, supporting healthcare organizations with deliveries that are often time-sensitive and critical. Our Customer Service team plays an important role in making sure orders are entered correctly, deliveries stay on track, and potential issues are caught and addressed before they become bigger problems.This is a fast-paced position for someone who communicates well, pays attention to the details, and can think through problems when things don't go exactly as planned.What You'll DoAnswer incoming client calls, enter orders, and provide delivery updatesReview and process routed and on-demand delivery ordersMonitor active routes and deliveries for delays, missed steps, or potential issuesComplete Quality Assurance checks and follow up on missing or incomplete informationMaintain accurate documentation of customer and delivery informationCommunicate with Dispatch and Operations to resolve delivery issuesHandle customer questions and concerns professionally and escalate when necessaryFollow established procedures while using good judgment when unexpected situations come upCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, drivers, and coworkersWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of customer service experience preferredStrong phone, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilitiesComfortable using computers and learning new software and systemsBasic Microsoft Excel knowledgeGood problem-solving and decision-making skillsDependable with consistent attendance and punctualityWillingness to work overtime when neededScheduleFull-Time: 10:00 PM – 6:00amSchedule may vary based on department needs.Weekend availability is required.
