Key responsibilities Resolve accounts efficiently to maximize reimbursement for TPL claims Review and research accident claims to identify potential payment sources and verify relevant data Coordinate with payors and make appeals on denied claims to ensure appropriate reimbursement Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred 1-2 years of experience with computer functions, including Microsoft Office Suite 1-3 years of related experience in claims or a similar field Thorough knowledge of third-party claims adjudication processes and relevant state laws Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
