Key Duties

• Create and refine thermoforming workflows to boost overall output quality and operational speed.
• Execute thorough root cause investigations to resolve manufacturing challenges and prevent recurrence.
• Work alongside diverse departments to facilitate the smooth transition of new items into the manufacturing cycle.
• Track and evaluate manufacturing metrics to pinpoint performance patterns and optimization opportunities.
• Offer expert guidance and instruction to the shop floor team regarding machinery operation and process standards.
• Generate and preserve essential technical records, such as SOPs and detailed work guidelines.
• Keep pace with emerging developments and innovations within the thermoforming sector.

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• At least two years of professional background within plastic production or thermoforming environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge regarding thermoplastic materials and their application in thermoforming.
• Advanced capability in utilizing various tools and methodologies for process refinement.
• Sharp analytical abilities and a meticulous approach to technical tasks.
• A proven capacity to contribute effectively within a cooperative, team-focused setting.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities for clear technical exchange.
