Blue Origin is seeking a Sr Manager, Thermal Processing Equipment to build and lead the Reliability function for thermal assets, including ovens, furnaces, quench systems and heat-treat equipment, across Blue Origin facilities.
You will hire and mentor engineers, own reliability engineering and design inputs, oversee asset introduction, and collaborate with Design, Production, Ground Systems, Maintenance and Operations to drive reliability standards.
