Thermal & Environmental Test EngineerThis position is for a contingent in the Dynamic Performance Group (DPG). Typical responsibilities include:Vehicle spec. setting in relationship to the thermal & environmental spec of the vehicleTest planning & testing: (Engine cooling, part heat resistance, snow & water ingress)Planning & performing testing of the full vehicleTest setupConducting actual testingAnalyzing test dataWriting test reportsReporting to Management, Project Team & Technical LeadershipCorrelation with other departments, designers & the project TeamThermal & Environmental spec management:Managing measurement requests from multiple divisions & groupsSupporting any countermeasure activitiesSupport actual field testing activities:Hot weatherCold weatherOffroadDynamic Performance is looking for qualified people with diverse backgrounds, open minds & a strong work ethic.Qualifications:BS Engineering1-3 years of working experienceGood understanding of basic vehicle knowledgeKnowledge & Skills:TeamworkGood communication skillsProblem solving & decision makingPlanning & organizationFlexibility
