Speech-Language Pathologist
High-quality rehabilitation care is available through specialized treatment programs. Rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care tailored to the individual patient's needs. Types of care include: Neurological Rehabilitation for patients with brain, spinal cord, or nerve injuries. Spinal Cord Injuries rehabilitation for patients needing specialized support. Brain Injuries therapy addressing physical dysfunction, cognitive impairments, and behavioral issues. Stroke Rehabilitation to help individuals regain function after a stroke. Amputation care focusing on restoring strength, confidence, and independence. Orthopedic rehabilitation for patients recovering from fractures or joint replacements. Wound Care services for non-healing wounds. Respiratory Therapy provided by specialists in airway management. Intravenous Antibiotics therapy and PICC line insertion available. Patient ratios are 8 patients per therapist, with additional support staff available. Common diagnoses include neuro, ortho, cardiac conditions, and fall risks. The role requires a focus on direct patient care and efficient documentation practices.
