Deliver physical therapy treatments to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility setting
Document patient progress and treatment sessions in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding resident status and goals
Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of North Carolina
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment
Familiarity with therapy documentation and electronic health record systems
