Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 0 years License: Active license required Certifications: Proof of license application required within 5 business days of booking Must-Have: Experience in setting required Description: The candidate will be required to complete some documentation before starting the assignment. Candidates must have a valid compact license but should obtain a permanent license immediately. If a candidate has worked in a similar capacity within the last year, they are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. Previous travel work history may require additional review for eligibility. Candidates must provide proof of license application within five business days of booking. Please ensure that start dates align with license status. Equipment will be provided during the interview. Dress code information will be provided on the first day. This position has a normal urgency level.
