Home Health Physical Therapist

Full-time Home Health Physical Therapist position available. The role involves providing therapy services in patients' homes. Candidates should be comfortable managing patient care independently. Experience with the HomeCare HomeBase charting system is preferred but not required. Ideal candidates will demonstrate effective communication skills. Flexibility to accommodate varying patient needs and schedules is essential. A commitment to delivering quality patient care is paramount. Candidates should be prepared to cover multiple locations in the area. This position includes working with a diverse patient population.
