Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
- Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and therapeutic exercises as directed
- Active COTA licensure in the state of Oregon
- Current NBCOT certification
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and compliance requirements
