We're Hiring: Therapy Clinical Director — Toledo, OH

PsychPlus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team in Toledo, OH . This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision.

Role Overview:

• 70% clinical / 30% administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 28–30 patients per week.
• Supervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians.
• Conduct clinician interviews and support team development.
• Help strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.

Requirements:

• Fully licensed clinician eligible to provide supervision in Ohio
• Strong clinical and leadership experience
• Passion for mentorship and team growth
