Therapy Clinical Director — Remote Start, Lead & Mentor Clinicians

PsychPlus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director for West Virginia. Initially remote, the role will transition to in-person or hybrid once the new clinic is established. The position balances direct patient care (about 70%) with clinical leadership and supervision (about 30%).

The candidate will maintain a steady caseload, supervise multiple associates, and lead clinician interviews to strengthen programs and ensure high-quality care across the WV clinic rollout.
