PsychPlus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team in Longview, TX . This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision.
Role Overview
70% clinical / 30% administrative responsibilities.
Maintain an active caseload of approximately 28-30 patients per week.
Supervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians.
Conduct clinician interviews and support team development.
Help strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.
Requirements
- Fully licensed clinician eligible to provide supervision in Texas
- Strong clinical and leadership experience
- Passion for mentorship and team growth
