Therapy Clinical Director: Lead & Mentor Clinicians

PsychPlus in Spokane, WA is seeking a Therapy Clinical Director to combine direct patient care with clinical leadership. The role includes supervising up to 10 associate clinicians and conducting clinician interviews to support team development.

Maintain an active caseload of about 28–30 patients per week while strengthening clinical programs and promoting quality care within the organization.
