Therapist Speech Language Pathologist

n Job Summary:n
n The Speech Language Pathologist provides assessment and therapy services in a pediatric outpatient setting, with additional inpatient adult coverage as needed. This role involves evaluating and treating patients to improve communication and swallowing functions.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Evaluate patients' speech, language, and cognitive-communication abilities through comprehensive assessments.n
• n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.n
• n Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.n
• n Document patient progress and modify therapy strategies accordingly.n
• n Ensure compliance with licensing and facility policies, including documentation and reporting requirements.n
• n Maintain timely completion of required lab work and fingerprinting per state regulations.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Minnesota.n
• n Possess at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.n
• n Demonstrate proficiency in pediatric therapy and adult inpatient care.n
• n Be willing to work the designated schedule, including holidays and potentially some RTO flexibility with prior approval.n
• n Comply with travel and licensing requirements, including fingerprinting within mandated timeframes.n
• n Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.n
