Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

n Job Summary:n
n Provide specialized speech therapy services to patients, assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Evaluate patients’ speech, language, and swallowing abilities to determine therapy needs.n
• n Develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills.n
• n Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient’s condition.n
• n Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.n
• n Educate patients and families on strategies to support speech and swallowing therapy.n
• n Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Possess a valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.n
• n Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.n
• n Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
• n Have previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.n
• n Be proficient in administering and interpreting speech and language assessments.n
• n Ability to work effectively in a team environment.n
