Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

n Job Summary:n
n Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for inpatient care. The role involves providing specialized speech and swallowing therapy within a hospital setting, ensuring patient safety and quality care.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders.n
• n Perform bedside swallow assessments and conduct VFSS when necessary.n
• n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices.n
• n Document patient progress and communicate effectively with interprofessional teams.n
• n Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and travel regulations.n
• n Complete required onboarding modules and clinical documentation within specified timeframes.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold a valid Idaho SLP license and CCC-SLP certification.n
• n Demonstrate experience with bedside swallow, VFSS, cognition, and speech/language therapy.n
• n Possess current BLS certification and relevant certifications such as MBSImP and VitalStim.n
• n Be fully credentialed with all in-hand documents at submission.n
• n Comply with the 50-mile radius and no-local candidate policies.n
• n Be available for day shifts, 7 on/7 off, with prior travel experience preferred.n
