Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

n Job Summary:n
n Provide specialized speech-language pathology services to assist patients in improving their communication, voice, and swallowing abilities. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver effective therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Evaluate patients’ speech, language, and swallowing disorders through comprehensive assessments.n
• n Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address identified communication challenges.n
• n Deliver therapy sessions focused on enhancing speech, language, and cognitive-communication skills.n
• n Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.n
• n Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and therapy outcomes.n
• n Educate patients and families on strategies to support communication improvement.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold a valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.n
• n Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent field.n
• n Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
• n Have prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare environment.n
• n Ability to establish rapport and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.n
