Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

n Job Summary:n
n We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to patients in a clinical setting. This position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing disorders.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Evaluate patients’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing functions to determine therapy needs.n
• n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.n
• n Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and cognitive-communication skills.n
• n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.n
• n Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.n
• n Educate patients and families on strategies to support ongoing communication improvement.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold a valid state or federal speech-language pathology license.n
• n Demonstrate certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).n
• n Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
• n Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.n
• n Have prior experience working with diverse patient populations.n
