Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

n Job Summary:n
n Provide specialized respiratory therapy services to patients in need, ensuring optimal respiratory function and patient safety. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care aligned with clinical protocols.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Assess patient respiratory conditions and develop treatment plans accordingly.n
• n Administer respiratory therapies, including ventilator management and aerosol treatments.n
• n Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies as needed.n
• n Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and equipment use.n
• n Document treatment plans, procedures, and patient progress accurately.n
• n Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Valid Respiratory Therapist license or credential in relevant state or region.n
• n Proven experience in delivering respiratory care in a clinical setting.n
• n Strong knowledge of respiratory devices, ventilators, and clinical protocols.n
• n Excellent communication and patient education skills.n
• n Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.n
• n CPR and BLS certification required.n
