Therapist Respiratory Therapist

n Job Summary:n
n Provide specialized respiratory therapy care to neonatal, pediatric, and critical care patients within ICU settings, supporting high-level patient needs and contributing to clinical excellence.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Administer advanced respiratory treatments and interventions to NICU, PICU, and CVICU pediatric patients.n
• n Monitor patient responses and adjust therapy plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.n
• n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to develop and implement individualized care plans.n
• n Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and clinical observations in compliance with hospital policies.n
• n Ensure compliance with all certification, licensing, and safety protocols, including active NBRC and BLS certifications.n
• n Support hospital initiatives by floating to designated units as needed and participating in ongoing competency training.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold Ohio RRT license with at least two years of ICU pediatric respiratory experience.n
• n Possess active NBRC certification, BLS, and PALS; advanced NRP required.n
• n Demonstrate experience working with high-level neonatal, pediatric, and cardiovascular ICU patients (Level 4).n
• n Ability to complete required fingerprinting, background checks, and drug screenings within specified timeframes.n
• n Possess strong communication skills, with experience providing care in fast-paced ICU environments.n
• n Prior travel experience preferred, with a commitment to compliance and documentation requirements.n
