Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

n Job Summary:n
n Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join a dynamic team in Anchorage. The role involves providing respiratory care across multiple units, ensuring patient safety and comfort during each intervention.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Assess patients' respiratory needs and develop individualized treatment plans.n
• n Set up and operate ventilators for neonates, children, and adults, including high-flow systems.n
• n Administer aerosol treatments, nebulizers, nitric oxide, and other specialized therapies.n
• n Perform EKGs and monitor patients' cardiac rhythm as needed.n
• n Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to optimize patient care.n
• n Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and procedures performed.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Current CRT or RRT certification.n
• n Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.n
• n Additional NRP certification preferred.n
• n Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in ER/CCU, NICU, or Level 2 units.n
• n Ability to perform complex procedures such as ventilator management and nitric oxide therapy.n
