Job Summary:
Assist patients in regaining movement and functionality through supportive physical therapy interventions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
Responsibilities:

• Support licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care according to prescribed treatment plans.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure proper use of therapeutic equipment.
• Assist patients with exercises and mobility activities to promote recovery.
• Document patient responses and progress during therapy sessions.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding patient confidentiality and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Possess relevant clinical experience in physical therapy settings.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certification.
• Able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
