n Job Summary:n
n The Physical Therapy Assistant provides supportive rehabilitative care to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. They assist in implementing treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility and function.n
n Responsibilities:n
n- n Assist in administering physical therapy treatments and modalities according to prescribed plans.n
- n Monitor and document patient responses and progress during therapy sessions.n
- n Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and treatment areas.n

n Qualifications:n
n- n Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.n
- n Proven experience in providing patient care within a SNF or similar setting.n
- n Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, modalities, and rehabilitative techniques.n
- n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
- n Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.n
- n Certified CPR/BLS provider.n
